Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking a Field Service Technician for injection molding equipment in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires traveling to customer sites to install, commission, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade presses.

You will read electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings, diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and train customers. Base salary is up to $45/hour, plus overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, or commissioning injection molding machinery.
• Advanced knowledge of the plastics injection molding process from start to finish.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the designated territory.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, hydraulic schematics, and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and startup injection molding machinery and presses.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls issues.
• Perform repairs, adjustments, upgrades, and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot injection molding equipment and diagnose machine performance and operating issues.
• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings.
• Provide technical support and equipment training to customers and internal sales personnel.
• Document field service activities, repairs, maintenance, and equipment issues.
