Aerotek is seeking an Injection Mold (Process) Technician in Erie, PA to support the manufacturing process and ensure regulatory compliance. You will prepare machines, monitor gauges, diagnose issues, and maintain high-quality production for domestic and international clients.

This permanent onsite role offers a 4-day work week, competitive pay ($52k–$62.4k/yr) with benefits, a 10% shift differential, and profit-sharing bonuses contributing to retirement and overall compensation.

Qualifikationen

Injection Mold (Process) Technician

We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the production process, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and maintaining high-quality manufacturing practices. This role plays an essential part in producing high quality products for both domestic and international clients.

Job Duties:

• Prepare machines, tools, and workstations for daily pump component manufacturing; verify correct materials, tooling, and documentation
• Observe production lines, check gauges, flow rates, temperatures, and cycle times; ensure processes stay within specification
• Operate molding, machining, assembly, or chemicaltransfer pump production equipment-Diagnose issues such as leaks, vibration, misalignment, incorrect tolerances, or machine faults; upscale or repair as appropriate

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience as a process technician, whether it be injection molding, rotational molding, extrusion, etc
• Ability to read and interpret a schematic/blueprint
• Ability to diagnose issues on injection mold machinery and make adjustments during the manufacturing process
• Mathematical and computer aptitude
• Pay for this role ranges between $25-31/HR with an extra 10% included for shift differential!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
