Job summary

Igloo is seeking an Assembly Line Lead to supervise assembly lines, ensure safe production of high-quality coolers, and train team members. You will verify line components, supervise PPE use, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 1 year of related experience, and strong communication. You will work on-site in a production setting with a focus on efficiency, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• Experience is recommended but not required: one year in similar processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead/supervise lines in assembly operations to ensure safe production of high-quality coolers.
• Ensure safety, quality and PPE compliance; report incidents and maintain line metrics.
• Complete pre-shift and end-of-shift reports and attend 5-minute safety/quality meetings.
