Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years of mold-setting experience, including cold and hot runner systems, plus strong resin processing knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic engineering.
• Passport-Laser Visa (required) - The company grants a work permit in the USA.
• 5 years experience as Mold setting technician in plastic injection with cold and hot runner systems.
• Extensive experience with resin processing, PVC, glass-filled nylon, glass-filled polypropylene, ABS, polyethylene, and acetyl.

Responsibilities

• Performs mold changes, set-up & troubleshooting on injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Conducts preventive maintenance and safe mold installation/removal per procedures.
• Prepare Daily Log sheet, Mold Repair Request (MRR), and PM requests clearly.
• Assist with 5S checklist and use production peripherals accordingly.
• Work with hot runner systems, core pulls, cooling, and related molding functions.
• Familiar with Toshiba and Toyo machines and controls.
