Job summary

Prysmian is expanding its manufacturing team in Rockwall, TX. The Process Technician will set up and operate molding equipment to meet daily production schedules, perform preventative maintenance, and support manufacturing activities to produce quality parts safely.

The role requires 3+ years of molding experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and basic data entry. Training on safety and ISO standards is provided; weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of molding plastics processing and maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience starting up and shutting down machines; knowledge of basic machine functions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate molding, finishing, and assembly equipment.
• Perform mold changes and machine adjustments as needed.
• Start up and shut down molding machines and operate forklift for changes.
• Fill out daily process records to control machine conditions.
• Inspect machines hourly to ensure quality parts and reduce scrap.
