ResourceMFG is seeking an Injection Mold Operator to join its manufacturing team. You will operate injection molding machines, inspect parts for quality, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Whether you are looking for a day shift or night shift opportunity, we want to hear from you!

Position involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 lbs, and following production documentation. Training provided and career growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or injection molding experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for 12-hour shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machinery safely and efficiently.

• Trim, package, and label finished products as required.
• Monitor machine operation and notify supervisors of any issues.
