Mauser Packaging Solutions in Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Mold Technician to maintain, repair, and improve injection molds and tooling to keep production safe and efficient. The role collaborates with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering to minimize downtime and ensure product quality, with emphasis on welding skills and practical problem solving.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of mold maintenance experience, a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to work independently while

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years' experience in a maintenance-related position within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of injection mold design, function, and materials.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to interpret documents such as manuals, blueprints, schematics.
• Ability to use precision measuring devices including amp meters, electric meters, and hydraulic gauges.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Performs and tracks all routine preventive maintenance on all production tools.
• Repairs molds by welding and machining.
• Oversees all work orders for all molds.
• Directs fellow team members in daily workload.
• Works daily with Quality department on defects.
• Participates in on-call program and may work additional hours.
• Follows safety rules and 5S standards to maintain a safe environment.
