Join Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in Renton, WA as an Injection Mold Lead. Set up and operate injection molding machines, train and mentor production staff, and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. Lead continuous improvement while supporting scheduling and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Monday-Thursday schedule 5:30am–4:00pm, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of plastic injection molding experience.
• Experience as a lead, trainer, or supervisor preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plastics processing and scientific molding.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate injection molding machines to produce parts.
• Train and onboard new employees; mentor operators.
• Troubleshoot processes and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections for quality.
• Move molds and materials with a forklift; maintain safety and 5S.
