Turning Point USA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced In-House Legal Counsel to assist the organization's General Counsel. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal guidance to Turning Point USA on a wide range of legal matters, including contracts, litigation, employment law, company policies and procedures, and regulatory compliance. This candidate needs to be ALL IN on the mission and values of Turning Point USA.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of legal experience (with at least some employment law and contract review or drafting experience), excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail is a must. She/He must be able to prioritize tasks, be a team player, and take ownership of assignments.
