Job summary

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Turning Point USA is seeking a bold and strategic sales or marketing professional to help drive branding and marketing partnerships with corporate sponsors. These partnerships will support large-scale digital media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and high-impact event activations. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for driving sponsorship and marketing sales to help achieve TPUSA’s fundraising and revenue goals, ensuring the continued advancement of the organization’s mission and vision. You’ll engage both existing contacts and new leads through cold outreach, referrals, and connections developed through current partners.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have working knowledge of project management software (Google Drive, Salesforce or equivalent CRM)
• Positive and goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and initiative.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsive, demonstrating ethical and responsible behavior.
• Flexibility and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
• Demonstrate high level of integrity and confidentiality.

• Past/present involvement in conservative youth organizations, experience starting campus organizations and/or, leadership experience in conservative youth organizations is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned.
• Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs.
