Job summary

GYMGUYZ Eastside & South King County is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of personal trainers across home, office, and community settings. You will drive results, design sessions, and oversee client success metrics while promoting growth opportunities within the franchise network.

The role requires CPR/AED certification, 3+ years in training and leadership, and a proven track record of client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE-accredited organization).
• CPR/AED certified (required).
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent GYMGUYZ's core values in every interaction.
