Job summary

Havenova Home Care Solutions is seeking dedicated caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to provide compassionate, in-home support to clients in Melrose, MA. You will work on a flexible schedule, choosing shifts that fit your life while delivering respectful, dependable care.

We offer thorough orientation, ongoing training, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive management team, with competitive hourly pay ranging from $19 to $23. Prior MA CNA/HHA certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts CNA or HHA certificate (preferred but not required).
• A compassionate, professional, and dependable work ethic.
• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or hospital environments is a major plus.
• Reliable transportation to attend shifts on time.
• Location: In-person assignments near your home.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility).
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Offer timely medication reminders.
• Maintain clear, reliable communication with families and coordinators.
