Job summary

Havenova Home Care Solutions is hiring caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to provide compassionate in-home support to clients in Massachusetts. We value dedicated, dependable team members who help people live safely and independently in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts CNA or HHA certificate (preferred but not required).

• Previous home care, assisted living, or hospital experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to attend shifts on time.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility).
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Offer timely medication reminders.
• Maintain clear, reliable communication with families and coordinators.
