Havenova Home Care Solutions in Massachusetts is seeking caring caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to provide respectful, dependable support to clients in their own homes.

We offer competitive pay ($19–$23/hour), flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, weekly direct deposit, and a supportive management team. Training and development are provided to aid career growth.

Competenze

• Active Massachusetts CNA or HHA certificate (preferred but not required).
• Demonstrated compassion, patience and professional work ethic.
• Previous home care, assisted living, or hospital experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide genuine companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility).
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Offer timely medication reminders.
• Maintain clear, reliable communication with families and coordinators.
