Job summary

Executive Home Care of San Diego is seeking an In-Home Care Professional to support clients in their own homes across the Greater San Diego area. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, companionship, and light housekeeping, while following individualized care plans and communicating with the care team.

This role offers flexible schedules, paid training, and a pathway to grow within a compassionate home-care team.

Qualifications

• Experience providing hands-on care or supporting individuals with daily living activities.
• Patient, dependable, and compassionate approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and instructions.
• Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to meet applicable employment and client-service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Supporting safe mobility and transfers.
• Providing companionship and assistance with daily activities.
• Preparing meals and assisting during mealtimes.
• Performing light housekeeping and helping with errands.

• Observing and communicating changes in a client’s condition or daily needs.

Your Day-to-Day
