Job summary

Ingenyx is seeking a warehouse/materials specialist to maintain inventory, move materials for production, and support shipping and receiving functions. This role requires accurate data entry, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

The position offers a 2nd shift schedule with a focus on accurate material handling, MRP system updates, and safe forklift operation. Compensation includes benefits and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Strong math, organizational and data entry skills; detail oriented.
• Experience with SAP or IFS systems.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other databases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials in restricted storage locations; recording inventory location in the MRP system.
• Pull material from restricted storage locations, issue and verify material listed on the production order or material request.
• Verify shop floor paperwork after printing.
• Move material from restricted storage locations to the production areas.
• Move in-house subassembly builds from production areas to restricted storage locations.
• Responsible for material movement in the MRP system.
• Deliver all material requests to the requisitioning area or inform the requisitioner of status.
• Process returned materials by verifying material, batch number, and quantity; transacting back into stock.
• Provide daily status of staged orders.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and prepare materials for shipping.
• Operate Forklift and order picker (WAVE type lift).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Maintains production and distribution of product by pulling orders from inventory and delivering production materials and supplies. Supports receiving, shipping, or other supply chain functions as needed.

• Physically moves material being issued from restricted storage locations to the production areas
• Physically moves in‑house subassembly builds made for inventory from the production areas to the restricted storage location
• Responsible for material movement in the MRP system
• Delivers all material requests to the requisitioning area or informs the requisitioner of status
• Process returned materials by verifying the material, batch number, and quantity; transacting the material back into stock
• Provide daily status of staged orders
• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and prepare materials for shipping

Education / Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
• 1-2 years of work‑related experience
• Excellent math, organizational and computer/data entry skills, detail oriented, and ability to work independently and in a team
• Preferred M/S office experience using Word, Excel, Power Point and other types of system databases
• Experience working with SAP or IFS System preferred

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $38,600.00 to $54,000.00, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
