Job summary

Ingenyx is seeking a Project Controller for IT and Finance to provide financial and analytical support for ERP implementation and project accounting within a high-growth carve-out. The role handles vendor setup, GL coding, and monthly IT spend reporting, with focus on capital projects and forecasting cash flow.

Required is a 3-year track record in accounting/analysis, GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with Excel and BI tools. SAP/IFS familiarity and a global reporting mindset are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. MBA, CPA or CMA preferred.
• 3 years of experience in Accounting and Financial analysis
• Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) knowledge
• SAP/IFS knowledge preferred; experience with financial consolidation and reporting tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsibilities

• New vendor setup and invoice-level classification/GL recording
• Monthly IT 3P Spend Reporting, split into Technical Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Business Applications, Master Data Management
• Monthly IT Capital Project Accounting and Reporting - Project Evenstar IFS implementation & UKG HR system implementation
• Own planning/forecast for project cash flow spending
• Ad-hoc reporting and special projects as assigned

The Project Controller for Ingenyx I.T./Finance provides financial and analytical support for the ERP system implementation project accounting, system implementation support, and assigned finance project management in a high-growth carve-out environment.

Education / Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. MBA, CPA or CMA preferred.
• 3 years of experience in Accounting and Financial analysis
• Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and standards. (GAAP)
• SAP/IFS knowledge preferred; experience with a global financial consolidation and reporting tool.
• The incumbent must possess proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, etc.).

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

• Experience working in a multi-plant, global manufacturing environment a plus
• Financial concepts of product costing and financial analysis of manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills

TRAVEL REQUIRED: 5-10%

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $100,500- $165,800 however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in a 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
