Infusion Solutions Inc. seeks a skilled LPN to provide infusion therapy and nursing care in home health and clinical settings in Washington state, within the LPN scope and under supervision.

You will follow the plan of care, provider orders, and agency policies to ensure safe, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate holds a WA LPN license and BLS certification, with infusion therapy experience and strong documentation, English communication, and reliable transportation.

Formación

• Current, unrestricted Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Current BLS/BCLS certification.
• Infusion therapy experience preferred; demonstrated competency in infusion procedures required.
• Experience in acute care, home health, outpatient, community health, or infusion therapy preferred.
• Current TB testing as required by agency policy.
• Valid Washington State driver's license, reliable automobile, and current automobile insurance.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer/EHR proficiency.
• Ability to practice within the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and applicable regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provides skilled nursing and infusion therapy care within the LPN scope of practice and established plan of care.
• Administers IV medications, fluids, and infusion therapies per provider orders and policy.
• Performs venipuncture, peripheral IV insertion, vascular access care, dressing changes, specimen collection, and pump management.
• Monitors patients and infusion sites for adverse reactions; reports concerns to supervising RN/provider.
• Follows medication-safety, infection-control, aseptic technique, and patient-safety standards.
• Reinforces patient/caregiver teaching regarding medications and treatments.
• Collaborates with RNs, physicians, pharmacists, and other team members to support safe care.
• Maintains accurate documentation of care and patient information.
• Maintains competency in infusion therapies and equipment; completes required training.
• Performs other duties within the LPN scope of practice and competency.
