Job summary

University of Iowa Health Care — Urbandale Infusion Suite is seeking a 60% Staff Nurse to assess and plan patient care, evaluate responses, and ensure standards are met. Qualifications

• Current license to practice in Iowa by time of hire.
• Driver's license and UI Fleet Safety standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills with patients, families, staff and interdisciplinary team.
• General computer skills.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider (American Heart Association) required.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing theory to assess, diagnose, treat and evaluate patient responses.
• Develop patient care plans and interventions to attain outcomes.
• Collaborate with patient and family for multidisciplinary care plan.
