Qualifications

• Team player with ability to collaborate across Palmetto Infusion teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedules initial patient appointments and manages ongoing scheduling, including rescheduling and follow-ups.
• Monitors therapy frequency and ensures adherence to planned visits.
• Performs outbound calls to set up appointments and coordinate changes.
• Interprets physician orders and plans of treatment for patient onboarding and retention.
• Coordinates with internal/external partners to overcome barriers to care.
• Obtains medical records for Insurance Case Managers to support authorizations.
• Triages incoming calls with knowledge in pharmacy, patient services, and clinical workflows.
• Verifies appointments with referrals sources and patient assistance programs.
