Job summary

• Associate degree in Business or Health Related Field required.
• 2 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Schedule infusion procedures and ensure required testing, prior authorizations, orders, and appointments.
• Assign patients to infusion chairs based on acuity and length of treatment.
• Monitor data related to infusion room and chair utilization.
• Serve as liaison among physicians, clinic staff, infusion room staff, and procedure room staff.
• Collaborate with Patient Service Leader/Supervisor on clinical prioritization of chairs.
