Job summary

UT Health San Antonio seeks an experienced MCC Infusion RN Supervisor to oversee daily infusion services across Phase I and II, including Stem Cell Transplant Cellular Therapy and oncology infusion units.

The role ensures compliant documentation, coordination with CTOC leaders, and supervision of research infusion nurses, with a focus on patient-centered care and operational excellence in a fast-paced clinical trial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Five years of professional nursing experience is required.
• Experience as an Oncology and/or Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy RN 2 is required.
• Active CPR/BLS and TX Nursing licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily infusion and research services to ensure safety and protocol compliance.
• Supervise staff, evaluate performance, and provide coaching and development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and thorough documentation for trials.
• Coordinate staffing based on census and trial needs with leadership.
• Support patient-centered care and collaboration across departments.
• Manage inventory and equipment for infusion services.
