Job summary

Qualifications

• Infusion center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient data including labs and vitals.
• Administer infusion therapy and medications per orders.
• Monitor patients and report changes to the physician.
• Provide patient education and participate in quality improvement.
• Document assessments and care plans in the EMR.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and culturally competent care.
