Job summary

TwelveStone Infusion Centers LLC in Cookeville, Tennessee, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, efficient infusion therapy for patients with chronic diseases and acute illnesses. The RN will perform assessments, administer medications, and educate patients while following physician orders and clinic protocols.

The successful candidate will hold a current RN license in Tennessee, have CPR/BLS, and possess strong IV skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and a current, unrestricted RN license.
• Current CPR certification (BLS minimum).
• Minimum of one year of nursing care experience; infusion experience preferred.
• EMR experience preferred; proficient with clinic IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of patient data including lab work and assessments.
• Report changes to onsite APP and document physician orders.
• Administer medications and infusion therapy per orders under supervision.
• Provide patient education and participate in quality improvement efforts.
• Conduct patient assessments and deliver culturally competent care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
