Job summary

The TwelveStone Infusion Centers LLC in Nashville, TN is hiring a Registered Nurse to administer infusion therapy and oversee patient care for individuals with chronic diseases. The RN will work in a fast-paced setting, requiring strong IV skills and current RN licensure in Tennessee.

Oncology experience is a plus, with a full-time schedule of four 10-hour shifts. Responsibilities include patient assessments, documentation, and collaboration with providers to ensure safe, effective treatment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or an Associate degree in Nursing with current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Excellent IV skills are required.
• CPR certification (BLS minimum) is required or in-hand at start date.
• Oncology experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform infusion therapy administration and other prescribed treatments.
• Assess patient data and monitor responses to therapy.
• Provide patient education and participate in clinic quality improvement processes.
• Maintain patient safety, confidentiality and accurate clinical documentation.
• Document orders, assessments and progress in the EMR.
• Support a patient-centered care approach for diverse age groups.
