Job summary

Galen Medical Group in the Chattanooga region seeks a Registered Nurse specialized in infusion for rheumatology. You will manage IV infusions, monitor patients, administer meds, perform EKGs, and assist with phlebotomy as needed.

Requirements include Tennessee RN license, BLS & ACLS, 1–2 years IV therapy, strong charting skills, and HIPAA/OSHA compliance. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with benefits and opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state.
• BLS & ACLS trained and certified at all times.
• 1–2 years IV Therapy experience.
• Experience in outpatient infusion settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients and assesses infusion needs.
• Performs IV insertion and ongoing infusion monitoring.
• Administers medications and monitors for adverse reactions.
• Performs EKGs and phlebotomy as needed.
• Ensures accurate charting and compliance with HIPAA/OSHA.
