Job summary

City of Hope seeks a Registered Nurse, Infusion PT to provide relationship‑based care to adult and geriatric patients receiving infusion therapy. You will develop an individualized plan using the nursing process and coordinate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, accurate documentation, and adherence to the Nurse Practice Act of Illinois, while supporting patients and families throughout the infusion experience.

Qualifications

• Illinois RN license required to practice in-state.
• NLNAC/CCNE-accredited nursing program and BLS required.
• ONCC oncology certification or CE requirements completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide infusion therapy to medical and surgical patients of all ages.
• Deliver relationship-based care and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care using the nursing process.
• Ensure compliance with Nurse Practice Act and institutional policies.
