Qualifications

• ASN or BSN required.
• Active and unrestricted RN license in Arizona or Compact state.
• Strong IV access and venipuncture skills.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and IV therapy for adults and pediatrics.
• Prepare and compound sterile admixtures per FDA guidelines.
• Administer IV and subcutaneous medications per orders.
• Monitor patients during infusions and manage infusion reactions.
• Communicate with physicians and healthcare team about patient care.
