Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's FlexCare Infusion Center in Tucson, AZ is seeking a compassionate RN to provide IV care for pediatric and adult patients. This on-site, full-time role offers a collaborative environment with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

The position requires ASN/BSN/MSN, active RN license, BLS/CPR, 3+ years of infusion experience, and EMR proficiency. You will monitor infusion reactions, document assessments, and participate in quality assurance

Qualifications

• RN infusion nursing experience required.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct IV care for pediatric and adult patients.
• Prepare and administer sterile medications per protocol.
• Monitor and respond to infusion reactions under NP supervision.
• Communicate with providers and document clinical assessments.
• Support order entry, lab review, and protocol updates.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation and participate in quality assurance.
