Elevance Health’s Paragon Infusion Centers in San Antonio, TX seek a Registered Nurse (PRN) to administer therapies, assess patients, and document care. The role emphasizes in-person collaboration at the clinic and adherence to HIPAA and safety policies.

The RN role requires an ASN/ADN with at least 2 years of clinical experience, a current RN license, and, if needed, multi-state licensure. TB test and Hep B vaccine (or waiver) are required.

Qualificações

• RN license (current, unrestricted) is required.
• Multi-state licensure is required if providing services in multiple states.
• Tuberculosis test and Hepatitis B vaccine (or waiver) required for Paragon and Carelon Health business units.
• BSN preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administers ordered therapies according to prescriber orders and facility protocols.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and documents findings in the medical record.
• Completes admission process and ensures medication orders are complete and up-to-date.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA and applicable laws.
