• Assess patients before, during and after infusion.
• Educate patients and families on procedures and post-care.
• Maintain accurate infusion documentation.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure infection control and safety during procedures.
• Prepare and maintain infusion equipment and supplies.
