Job summary

Vivo Infusion is seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join our Plano, TX team on a per diem basis. The RN will administer infusion therapies, perform IV insertions, calculate and mix medications, and monitor patients throughout the treatment process in a compliant, patient-centered environment.

The role requires active Texas nursing licensure, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year of IV experience, with travel to other DFW clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state nursing license.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing program (Associates/Bachelor’s).
• ONC Certification preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year IV experience.
• CRNI certification preferred.
• ICU/ED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct infusion nursing care to patients.
• Calculate, mix, and administer medications.
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after infusion.
• Manage inventory and supply orders.
• Document patient assessments and care in the medical record.
• Perform skillful IV insertions and venipuncture.
• Communicate with providers via Telehealth when needed.
• Support CQI improvement activities.
• Complete daily treatment run sheets and charting.
• Supervise unlicensed staff as assigned.
