Job summary

VIVO Infusion is seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join our Lynchburg, VA team. The RN will provide safe, infusion-based patient care, administer medications, monitor patients, and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and clinical guidelines.

Responsibilities include IV insertions, calculating and mixing prescribed medications, managing supplies, and collaborating with the healthcare team to support CQI initiatives. Per diem schedule allows flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN licensure
• Graduate of accredited Nursing program (ADN/BSN)
• CPR/BLS certification required
• ONC Certification preferred (Infusion)
• Minimum 1 year IV infusion experience
• Infusion experience preferred
• CRNI certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in infusion setting
• Calculate, mix, and administer medications
• Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after infusion
• Perform accurate IV insertions
• Document patient assessments and care in electronic charting
• Manage inventory and supplies
• Communicate with providers via Telehealth when needed
• Support CQI improvement activities
• Complete daily run sheets and adherence to policies
• Supervise assigned unlicensed staff
