Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a two-year nursing program required.
• 1–2 years of experience in infusion or related departments preferred for per diem.
• Current NYS Registered Professional Nurse license, BLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient health data with patient, family, and providers.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments per policy.
• Document the nursing plan of care and updates.
• Demonstrate culturally sensitive patient care across age groups.
• Incorporate discharge planning into admission and care.
• Communicate outcomes with patient, family, and team.
• Develop and implement plan of care to meet outcomes.
