Job summary

VIVO Infusion is seeking a dedicated Infusion Registered Nurse to join our Farmington, CT team. You will provide safe, effective patient care, perform IV insertions, and monitor patients throughout treatment in a compliant setting.

Key duties include dosage calculations, medication mixing, and accurate documentation. The role requires a nursing license, CPR/BLS, and IV experience, with opportunities for growth within a national organization.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state professional nurse licensure is required.
• Graduate of accredited Nursing Associates/Bachelor’s degree.
• ONC Certification is preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year IV experience required.
• Certification in CRNI preferred.
• ICU/ED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within scope.
• Calculate, mix, and administer IV medications daily.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion.
• Assist with inventory and supply ordering.
• Document assessments to medical staff.
• Perform skilled IV insertions.
• Communicate with providers via Telehealth as needed.
• Support CQI improvement activities.
• Complete daily run/flow sheet reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies and HIPAA.
• Supervise unlicensed direct patient care staff.
