Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for infusion services in the Wake Forest Network area. The role involves delivering evidence-based nursing care, coordinating with the care team, and ensuring patient safety across the continuum of care.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing as required by state(s) of practice
• Two years of clinical nursing experience typically preferred
• Infusion experience preferred when applicable

Responsibilities

• Engages in quality initiatives to improve care processes
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans
• Uphold a culture of safety
• May administer medications and therapies per protocols
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation
• Float to other units as needed
• Demonstrate ethical decision-making and teamwork
