Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and administer biologics and other infusible or injectables as ordered, with patient education.
• Start/Discontinue IV for infusion therapies.
• Access PIV & Ports.
• Medication preparation and administration.
• Travel to other location(s) on occasion.
• Participate in performance improvement activities for care delivery.
• Adhere to safety and infection control standards.
• Comply with all policies and procedures.
