Job summary

Pure Infusion is seeking a qualified RN Infusion Nurse for a part-time role in the Kirkland, WA area to support physicians and patients with IV therapies, education, and coordination, working independently with office staff.

The role focuses on infusion administration, IV starts/discontinuations, port access, and travel to other locations as needed. Active RN license and BLS within 30 days are required.

Qualifications

WORKING PART TIME MONDAY AND TUESDAY, WITH OPPORTUNITIES FOR ANOTHER DAY

Position Summary:

As an RN Infusion Nurse at Pure Infusion Suites, you will support our doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. The position requires you to be comfortable with infusion and working by yourself alongside office staff. You will specialize in the administration of IV therapy treatments for patients with autoimmune disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing direct patient care administering biologics and other infusible or injectables as ordered, as well as appropriate patient education
• Start/Discontinue IV for infusion therapies
• Access PIV & Ports
• Medication preparation (Mixing) and Medication administration
• Ability to travel to other location(s) on occasion
• Participates in performance improvement activities for the enhancement of care delivery offering suggestions and assistance towards the continuous quality improvement of patient care
• Adheres to standards of safety and infection control, in the delivery of patient care
• Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of and complies with all policies and procedures related to the performance of job duties

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Minimum 1-2 years nursing experience
• Excellent patient assessment and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinic operations
