Atrium Health Levine Cancer – Rutherford Clinic/ Forest City is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our ambulatory oncology team. You will provide and coordinate care, follow nursing processes, and deliver safe, therapeutic care per standards.

We value clinical decision-making, compassionate communication, and collaboration across teams, with emphasis on infusions and patient-centered outcomes in a community-based setting in Forest City, NC.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the practicing state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association).
• One year of nursing experience.
• Oncology infusion experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care per established standards.
• Utilize evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to ensure patient safety and high-quality care across the continuum.
• Continuously evaluate patient, team, and unit outcomes and take appropriate action.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to clinical protocols.
