Job summary

Uptiv Health in Novi, MI, seeks a Part-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to lead infusion care in our clinics. This on-site role reports to the local NP and supports multiple Uptiv Health centers as needed.

You will supervise clinical and administrative operations, document patient encounters in the EHR, dispense and administer infusion medications, provide patient education, and communicate with referring providers to ensure seamless care.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN and FNP licenses; board certification.
• Active BLS CPR certification.
• 2+ years infusion experience with ports.
• Strong understanding of clinical processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite supervision of clinical and administrative operations within Uptiv Health centers.
• Prepare, document, dispense, and administer infusion medications per policy and approvals.
• Document findings in the EHR with patient discussions, vitals, and histories.
• Provide drug education to patients and caregivers with RNs.
• Serve as liaison for referring providers on orders and questions.
