Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse RN III in Georgia to provide professional nursing care, coordinate with the health care team, and promote safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Georgia RN license required at hire.
• Minimum three years RN clinical experience; two years in specialty.
• BLS certification at hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing process to assess and plan nursing care.
• Document patient data, actions, and responses per policy.
• Assist with procedures and monitor patient during/after procedures.
• Lead nursing response to medical emergencies.
• Engage patients and families in care coordination.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training.
