Qualifications

• Infusion RN with IV access and infusion therapy skills.
• Must be licensed as an RN and eligible to provide home care.
• Ability to educate patients and caregivers on therapies.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV medications, hydration, antibiotics, and infusion therapies at home.
• Assess patients before, during, and after infusions for safety and efficacy.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and intervene as needed.
• Document care accurately and maintain records.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapies and disease management.
• Coordinate care with physicians and the healthcare team.
• Maintain compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
