Job summary

Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking an Infusion Registered Nurse to provide in-home infusion therapies, assessing patients before, during, and after treatment and ensuring safe, effective care in the patient’s home.

You’ll work with a collaborative clinical team, enjoy autonomy over schedule, and receive paid training and opportunities to specialize your infusion skills. A valid RN license, strong IV skills, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license and current credentials.
• Strong IV insertion and vascular access skills.
• Ability to assess, monitor, and document infusion care.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV medications and infusion therapies in patients' homes.
• Assess patients before, during, and after infusions for safety and effectiveness.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and provide interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and care.
• Coordinate care with physicians and pharmacists.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
