Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home infusion therapy and skilled nursing visits across The Woodlands, North Houston and surrounding communities. You’ll perform assessments, administer infusions, manage vascular access, and educate patients and families in their homes.

The ideal candidate holds an active Texas RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and strong IV skills.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong peripheral IV skills
• Experience providing infusion therapy and managing infusion devices (PICC lines, ports, midlines) preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments in home settings.
• Administer infusion therapy and manage vascular access devices.
• Monitor patient progress and outcomes, adjusting care as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and ongoing care needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care.
