Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice; compact licenses must transfer to the state of practice within 60 days of start date.
• RNs with <12 months of experience must obtain a BSN within four years of hire date.
• BLS Certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status; collaborates with the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: Develops an individualized care plan with patient/family involvement.
• Implement: Directs care and coordinates with the team to deliver care.
• Evaluate: Evaluates patient response and revises the plan as needed.
