Job summary

Intermountain Health Garfield Memorial Hospital in Panguitch, Utah, seeks an Infusion Therapy Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate infusion care. You will safely administer medications, monitor responses, and collaborate with providers to ensure safety and excellence in every patient interaction.

This outpatient role offers a flexible schedule with shifts 7AM-7:30PM and a culture that supports growth, education, and advancement within Intermountain Health.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days of employment.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution; degree will be verified.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire date.
• BSN required as per nursing career framework; post-2025 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate infusion care throughout the treatment process.
• Safely administer medications and therapies via infusion and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality, safety, and patient-centered care.
• Deliver compassionate care in an outpatient infusion setting with a focus on clinical excellence.
