Job summary

IVX Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide infusion therapy in outpatient settings on a PRN basis. You will administer infusions, monitor patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

The role offers flexible scheduling across multiple facilities within a designated market. Ideal candidates hold an active RN license with BLS and preferably PALS, plus strong infusion therapy and EHR documentation experience.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred.
• Ambulatory infusion center/outpatient setting experience is a plus.
• Strong IV and infusion therapy skills required.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and HIPAA/compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments, document observations, and monitor treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations, side effects, and disease management.
• Maintain accurate records in the EHR, review nursing documentation, and uphold HIPAA/OSHA standards.
• Assist in chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline visits.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams for care coordination.
• Support inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working across multiple facilities within a market.
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support patient care.
