Job summary

IVX Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality infusion therapy in our Jackson outpatient clinic. This role involves on-site and virtual supervision of infusions, patient assessments, and education for patients and families, all while ensuring HIPAA and OSHA compliance.

Applicants should hold an active RN license with BLS; PALS is preferred. Experience in ambulatory infusion centers or outpatient clinics is a plus, and strong IV/infusion skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• BLS certification; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center, outpatient clinic, or similar setting is a plus.
• Strong IV/infusion therapy skills and emergency response knowledge.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision during infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and potential side effects.
• Maintain accurate records in the EHR and uphold HIPAA/OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams to coordinate care.
• Assist with inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Flexibly work across multiple facilities within the market as needed.
• Perform additional duties to support patient care and organizational objectives.
