Job summary

IVX Health is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for PRN infusion care in outpatient settings across Brentwood, Cool Springs, Murfreesboro, and Columbia. The role focuses on delivering high-quality infusion therapies with flexibility to cover patient visits on Fridays and Saturdays.

You will administer treatments, monitor responses, document care in the EHR, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, patient-centered service while maintaining HIPAA compliance and safety

Qualifications

• Active and Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Life Support Certifications - BLS required; PALS preferred.
• Clinical experience in ambulatory infusion center or outpatient setting is a plus.
• Strong IV/infusion therapy skills and medication management experience.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and HIPAA/regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with patients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Direct Patient Care on-site and via supervision when infusions are administered.
• Conduct Patient Assessments and document observations.
• Educate patients and families about treatment expectations and potential side effects.
• Ensure Compliance and Quality; maintain accurate EHR records and HIPAA standards.
• Optimize Clinical Workflows; assist in chart preparation and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance care coordination.
• Support operations, inventory, and regulatory adherence.
• Maintain flexibility to work at multiple facilities within the market.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support patient care.
