Job summary

Intermountain Health LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Infusion at Fairbourne team in West Valley. This full-time day shift role provides care using the nursing process, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in an infusion setting.

The ideal candidate holds a current RN license, BLS, and a BSN within four years of hire; 1 year of RN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four years of hire date if RN with <12 months experience.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Performs comprehensive assessment of physical, social, and psychological status.
• Plan: Develop individualized plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and team.
• Implement: Coordinate and delegate care per plan and licensure; manage time and resources.
• Evaluate: Review outcomes, revise plan as needed, ensure patient/s family satisfaction.
